We have a plan!

I'm so excited because we received a more detailed itinerary today. Here is the plan:

7/7 Leave the US for Hong Kong.

7/8 Arrive in Hong Kong. Go to the Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel. Free time.

7/9 Prepaid all day group tour of Hong Kong.

7/10 Leave Hong Kong for Changsha on China Southern flight CZ3038 (18:35-19:45).

Go to the Dolton Hotel.

7/11 At 9:00am, leave for the Registration Office to receive your child.
The children will be delivered by the Orphanage Directors and their staff.
The children will arrive at 9:30am! Congratulations!

In the afternoon your child’s Orphanage Director will come to the hotel and you will sign the Guardianship Agreement.

Dr. Su, CCAI’s contracted medical consultant, will be visiting your child, in your room, this afternoon.

7/12 Go to Registration and Notarization appointment.

7/13 Optional shopping trip to the local department store at 9:30am. Rest in afternoon.

7/14 Optional half-day city tour to visit Embroidery Factory in the afternoon.

7/15 Receive your Registration Certificate in the morning and your child’s passport in the afternoon.

7/16 Leave Changsha for Guangzhou on China Southern flight CZ3379 (14:20-15:20).

7/18 Your child’s visa physical exam and visa photo today.

7/21 Go to the U.S. Consulate to take the oath in the morning.
